"Started getting noisy quickly"
I really thought this frame would hold up better, especially based on how solid it seemed at first. After a few months, though, it started making noise, which makes me assume something loosened up or just wasn’t built as well as it should’ve been. Kind of disappointing overall

"Setup was rough"
Ugh. Putting this together took way longer than it should have. Some of the holes didn’t line up right, and the instructions were confusing. Frustrating. Not the best way to start using it

"I had to return one part, it went..."
I had to return one part, it went better than these things usually do. Returns are basically always annoying, but the warranty info was clear enough and I didn’t have to dig around forever. Support took a little while to get back to me, which seems to happen everywhere, but once they replied they got it sorted out.

"I don’t know why I’m still waking up so tired"
I don’t know why, but I really thought this would help me sleep better. I used it and still woke up tired every day, so it didn’t really do anything for me besides cost money.

"Customer service was fine, but nothing special"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took longer than I was hoping. I also had to follow up once, which was a little annoying. They were helpful enough in the end, but the whole experience felt average to me. Personally, I wouldn’t call it bad, but I wouldn’t say it stood out either

"Just didn’t work for me"
I don’t know, maybe I’m just used to something softer, but this mattress felt really stiff to me. I gave it a few weeks and kept hoping it would get better, but I was still waking up sore most mornings. It might be fine for someone who likes a firmer feel, but I never really got comfortable on it.

"Didn’t really do much for my back pain"
I bought this thinking it might help with my back and hip pain, but so far I haven’t noticed much of a difference. It feels decent when I first lie down, I guess, but I still wake up sore most mornings. Setup was easy, so no real complaints there, but for the price I was hoping for a lot more comfort and at least some relief. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it’s been disappointing and I kind of wish I’d tried something else.

I tried it out, but it felt too pricey for what you’re getting. Compared to other similar products I’ve used, this one doesn’t really offer enough to justify the cost.

"Decent mattress, but support could be better"
The mattress is okay overall, but the support isn’t quite what I was hoping for. Some nights it feels comfortable enough, but other nights I wake up with my lower back feeling a little sore. Isn’t the whole point to wake up feeling better, not achy? It’s not a terrible mattress by any means, but for me, it’s just kind of average.
